Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs
• Build consistent relationships with both the child and their family
• Provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home
• Use clinical judgment with confidence

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

Qualifications

• Focus on high-acuity care
• Ability to work independently and in a supportive environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with respiratory therapy training and mentorship

• Skilled in pediatric care

• Ability to work autonomously
