About the role

As an RN at Brownsburg Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care, supporting resident health and wellness, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with admissions, discharges, care planning, and resident rounds
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion

Requirements

• Current and active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Nursing Home experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply

Schedule

Full or Part Time, all shifts available. Every other weekend required.
