Shifts
AM, PM, NOC available
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
- Supervising CNAs
- Medication administration
- Wound and treatment care
- Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility's nursing policy and procedure
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review
- Assess and address resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors' orders
Qualifications & Skills
- Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
- CPR Certified
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must work every other weekend
Pay
Starting wage: $33.00-$36.00, based on experience. Shift Differential: $2.00 for PM and NOC shifts.
