About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about pediatric and adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team in our Manchester office. We aim to provide the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- CPR certification
Qualifications
- Passion for pediatric and adult care
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Committed to providing excellent care
Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong assessment and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Pay range: $42-$45 /hour based on clients' acuity
