About the role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality nursing care
- Assessing patient needs through ongoing evaluation
- Updating care plans based on patient condition changes
- Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
- Ensuring compassionate care that promotes patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Implementing department policies
- Fostering a collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Preferred: at least one year of experience in skilled nursing

Schedule
