Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluations and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily.
• Implement department policies, goals, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Preferred: One year of skilled nursing experience.
• CPR certification, obtained upon hire or during orientation, and maintained during employment.
• Strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
