Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess and document resident needs and progress using electronic charting systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Current RN License in good standing in Georgia or a multistate jurisdiction.
• One year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing community preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
• Experience working in a person-directed care community is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Strong team work and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and foster a supportive team environment.
• Good documentation skills, especially with electronic charting using PointClickCare.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

33-37 Yearly Salary

Schedule

All Full-time and Part-time positions require every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday). PRN positions require at least two shifts per month.
