Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess and document resident needs and progress using electronic charting systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Current RN License in good standing in Georgia or a multistate jurisdiction.
- One year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing community preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
- Experience working in a person-directed care community is preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for working with elders.
- Strong team work and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and foster a supportive team environment.
- Good documentation skills, especially with electronic charting using PointClickCare.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
33-37 Yearly Salary
Schedule
All Full-time and Part-time positions require every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday). PRN positions require at least two shifts per month.
