Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory - Peds Clinic - Full-Time - Days

Role Overview

This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a Pediatric Pulmonary/Gastroenterology/Endocrinology clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate care plans, communicate with the care team, and prioritize patient flow.
• Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns and providing health education.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence, pursue growth opportunities, and mentor colleagues.
• Uphold standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism, acting as a positive team presence.
• Contribute to a patient- and family-centered care environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
