Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Pediatrics Clinic

Role: Registered Nurse in Pediatric Pulmonary, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology clinics. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. Collaborate with the care team, communicate care plans, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns and delivering education. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance. Maintain professional competence, mentor colleagues, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Document patient assessments and care activities accurately. Support organizational goals through quality and process improvements. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact)Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationStrong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skillsCommitment to professional development and adherence to standards Other duties include supporting a positive work environment, engaging in ongoing training, and contributing to professional growth.
