About the role
Seeking a registered nurse for full-time coverage in an ambulatory pediatric clinic.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and monitoring patient care plans, documenting patient conditions, and communicating updates.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary care and executing physician and nursing orders.
- Assessing discharge needs and collaborating with healthcare team members.
- Maintaining safety awareness and performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Active RN license and BLS certification applicable to the state.
Skills
- Strong communication, alertness, and safety focus.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform patient care tasks.
- Use of vision, hearing, smell, and manual dexterity for clinical duties.
Key Duties
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with policies and protocols.
- Monitoring patient status and ensuring effective discharge planning.
- Serving as a primary coordinator for patient care across disciplines.
Certifications Required
- BLS (AHA) and RN licensure valid in the respective state.
