Registered Nurse - Pediatric Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Registered Nurse to join a hospital-based team, providing patient-centered care through a multidisciplinary approach. This role involves collaborating with the nursing team to improve quality, patient experience, and reduce costs, as well as fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating care.
• Utilize nursing knowledge and adhere to policies and protocols.
• Promote ethical, holistic, and culturally competent care through clinical knowledge, communication, collaboration, and advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or obtained within five years).
• Current RN license in Washington or multistate endorsement.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Advanced nursing degree.
• Experience in acute care.
