Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Oncology Infusions - PRN Days

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care delivery; advocate for patients; contribute to performance improvement initiatives; mentor colleagues; and uphold professional standards. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; active RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; dedication to professional growth and patient-centered care. Key Duties: Monitor patient conditions; develop and communicate care plans; ensure documentation accuracy; respond to patient needs; support quality and safety standards; participate in organizational initiatives; foster a positive work environment; and adhere to policies and confidentiality standards.
