Role Overview: Provides patient-centered nursing care by performing the Nursing Process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking. Ensures individualized care, promotes cultural competence, and partners with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate safe, quality care through effective documentation and interdisciplinary communication.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.Support development of protocols and resource management to optimize care delivery and reduce adverse events.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering a professional and healthy work environment.Adhere to organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma; Bachelors preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience, with proficiency in Epic and 3M systems preferred.Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills. Additional Requirements: Current certifications upon hire, commitment to professional development, and ability to work effectively within a team to deliver exemplary patient care.
