Registered Nurse (RN) After-hours Week Nights

Responsibilities
- Serve as the patient advocate ensuring every patient receives the quality care they deserve.
- Communicate with everyone involved in the plan of care including the patient, the patient’s family, and the hospice care team.
- Work as an After-hours Hospice RN on Weeknights from 5 pm - 8 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and ending on Friday morning at 8 am.
- Support by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department alongside your local hospice team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Schedule
After-hours Hospice RNs on Weeknights are salaried full-time to cover on call after hours from 5 pm - 8 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and ending on Friday morning at 8 am.
