Registered Nurse (RN) After-hours Week Nights

About the role

We are looking for compassionate registered nurses who are committed to creating meaningful experiences for our patients and their families. As an After-hours Hospice RN on weeknights (Monday–Thursday, 5 pm – 8 am, ending Friday morning at 8 am), you’ll serve as the patient advocate, ensuring every patient receives the quality care they deserve. You’ll communicate with patients, their families, and the hospice care team, providing a voice for your patients.

This is a salaried, full-time position. You will be fully supported by our 24/7 RN-staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team. Our supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities offer plenty of room for advancement.

Requirements

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80–100 lbs

Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
