About the role
Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in a behavioral health setting. You'll assess patients' physical and psychological conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and contribute to a safe therapeutic environment aligned with our core values. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll help set goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric needs.

- Participate in ongoing patient assessment and treatment planning
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Preferably a BSN
- Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments
- Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care, crisis intervention, and restraint reduction (preferred)

Pay
Compensation ranges from $43.33 to $59.98 per hour, based on experience.
