About the role

Join us as a Registered Nurse! New Graduates Encouraged to Apply! Part-time role (32 hours) with evening shifts and weekend/holiday rotation. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians, assessing physical and psychological conditions continuously. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patient strengths and psychiatric needs, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment aligned with the organization’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical and psychological conditions continuously.
• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patient strengths and psychiatric needs.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
• Contribute to a positive treatment milieu.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• Preferably a BSN from an accredited school.
• Expertise in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments.
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed care.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings (preferred).
• Strong crisis management, de‑escalation, and multitasking skills.
