Registered Nurse (RN) - Child Inpatient Behavioral Health, Evening Shift

Join us as a Registered Nurse! Role & Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care within a multidisciplinary treatment team.Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care.Contribute to treatment planning by developing, implementing, and documenting goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric needs.Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in core values.Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient support. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred.Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments.Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery models.CPR certification required.Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care, crisis intervention, and restraint reduction is preferred.Strong crisis management, time management, and stress handling skills; adaptable, creative, and professional in stressful situations. Key Duties Participate actively in patient care planning and execution.Ensure safety and therapeutic milieu for patients.Support families and legal guardians as needed.
