About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, they ensure a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting with care plans and promoting patient outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses and certifications, engage in ongoing training, and pursue professional growth.
• Mentor and support colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
