About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

The role involves engaging in quality improvement, supporting shared governance, and contributing to a compassionate, excellence-driven healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist in care planning and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes.
• Deliver care as per established plans, documenting assessments, interventions, and incidents accurately.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating relevant information to families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support change, and contribute ideas for better patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and seek growth opportunities.
• Mentor and support peers, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and professional development skills.
