Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Experience in direct patient care is preferred.Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
