Registered Nurse ( RN ) - 5th Floor ICU

Employment Type: Full time • Shift: Night (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) • Schedule: 72 hrs per pay period, every other weekend, rotating holidays in accordance with CBA

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience
• Requisition ancillary department services in accordance with hospital and department policies

Requirements

• Graduate from a state-accredited school of professional nursing
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
• ICU experience preferred
• 1–3 months of orientation to become familiar with hospital/department policies, procedures, and medical staff
• Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for relicensure
• Articulate and demonstrate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of MGHP
