Registered Nurse (RN) - $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS
About the role
Care Options for Kids is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide focused, one-on-one care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice nursing with autonomy, continuity, and support.
Responsibilities
- Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs
- Build consistent relationships with both the child and their family
- Provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home setting
- Use clinical judgment with confidence
- Work weekends and/or weekdays
Requirements
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QFT)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
Qualifications
- Willingness to work weekends and/or weekdays
- Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent (or willingness to train)
- Completed TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QFT)
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease and completed a 2-hour DOEA-approved course (free of charge)

Pay
Hourly rates of $35.00 and $28.00 are offered based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Weekend and/or weekday shifts are available.
Sign-On Bonus
Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,500 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be discussed early in the interview process.
