Shift: Night Shift – 72 hours per pay period, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

About the role

This position is part of a 3-person Care Team where you will have the opportunity to work alongside a Virtual RN and Nursing Support, giving you more time and help to focus on meeting the needs of each patient. Schedule is set rotating, including every other weekend rotation. Schedule will be provided after successfully completing the orientation period. Management may adjust the schedule with 30 days' notice prior to the start of the 6-week scheduling periods if needed. Holidays are scheduled in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate from a state-accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required.
  • For Staff Registered Nurse positions within a specialty area, prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred.
