Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of patients and implement care as necessary using the latest technology.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide specialized care in various areas such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and provide advice on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient conditions.
- Provide preventative and supportive care aimed at improving the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
- Oversight of the Nurse's Aide team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and contributing to evaluations and recognitions.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive healing environment.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.
- CPR certification.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
- High-level analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Team player with a dedication to supporting team members and achieving goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in specialized care areas such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Pay
$33.15 per hour for Registered Nurse, plus $5.00 shift premium for Nights, and $3.40 per hour Hero Pay. Yearly wage increases are also provided.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays.
- Full-time or part-time positions available, specifically NIGHTS from 6P to 6A.
