About the Role

The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers, and paved walkways, The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care, as well as independent living options for older adults.

Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

The Registered Nurse works in our skilled nursing home and is responsible for identifying, providing for, and accepting responsibility for the fulfillment of residents' total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fulfill residents' total nursing needs.
• Perform nurse practice activities, including assessments and medication administration.
• Monitor and document resident care.
• Ensure the provision of person-centered care.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin or actively pursuing RN degree.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.

Pay

$35.50-$45.00 per hour, based on experience.

Shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts.

Overtime pay after 8 hours worked in a shift.

Sign-on bonus available.
