Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
- Perform duties aligned with hospital standards, mission, and values
- Utilize clinical skills in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift and move patients
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Proficiency in physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and reaching
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inpatient units such as ICU, stepdown, or ER
- Several years of floor experience
