Registered Nurse - Respiratory, Full-Time Days

Job Summary

The position involves utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care while maintaining professional accountability and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care with other departments, performing duties aligned with organizational values and standards, and delivering safe, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities using nursing protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Adhere to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various manual tasks.
• Preferred inpatient experience, especially in ICU, stepdown, or ER settings.
