About the role
Join our team as a Relief Registered Nurse, providing compassionate, comprehensive patient care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage
- Document in the EMR system
- Support providers during diagnostic procedures
- Administer medications, initiate IVs, and educate patients
- Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards in line with accreditation requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active RN license in Oregon and dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days
- Preferred outpatient or clinical RN experience
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
- Ability to support bilingual pay when proficiency score is 10
