Responsibilities
- Performing assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and documenting in the EMR system (EPIC).
- S supporting providers during diagnostic procedures, medication administration, IV starts, and patient education.
- Collaborating with care teams to develop and implement care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure patient flow.
- Maintaining clinical quality and safety standards per accreditation and organization requirements.
Qualifications
- A degree or higher in Nursing.
- An active RN license in Oregon and dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days.
- Preferably 1+ year of outpatient or clinical RN experience.
- BLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
