Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments, discussing chief complaints, obtaining vital signs, and documenting health information in EMR systems.
- Conducting phone triage to evaluate patient needs and coordinate follow-up care.
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures, including IV starts, and educating patients on procedures and medications.
- Collaborating with healthcare team to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and provide patient education.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing and WA State RN license.
- Additional licensure requirements apply if in NLC states, including proof of license and required training.
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS & PALS preferred.
Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Proficient in nursing procedures, medication knowledge, and EMR systems.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and patient interaction skills.
- Ability to assess diverse patient needs across all ages.
