Responsibilities
- Conduct patient visits
- Discuss chief complaints
- Obtain vital signs
- Complete health histories
- Assist with diagnostic procedures
- Document in the EMR system
- Conduct phone triage
- Cookordinate follow-up care
- Develop care plans
- Educate patients on medications and side effects
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Oregon RN license
- Dual licensure in Washington and Oregon within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days
- American Heart Association certifications in ACLS and PALS preferred
Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in nursing procedures
