Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments
- Support diagnostic procedures
- Administer treatments
- Document in the EMR system
- Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans
- Care for patient safety while ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate referrals
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active RN license in Oregon; dual licensure in Washington/Oregon required within 120 days
- 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
Skills
- Excellent patient communication and documentation skills
- Ability to support diagnostic procedures and patient education
- Team collaboration and care coordination
- Knowledge of clinical safety standards and EMR systems (EPIC)
Compensation
$41.66-$51.03/hour DOE, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
