About the role
Provide comprehensive patient care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients, record vital signs, health histories, and document in the EMR system (EPIC).
- Support providers during diagnostic procedures, including IV starts, medication administration, and patient education.
- Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards in line with accreditation requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
- Active WA RN license; dual licensure in WA/Oregon within 120 days.
- Preferred: 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience, BCLS, ACLS/PALS, and Spanish proficiency.
- Ability to support diagnostic procedures and patient care activities.
