Responsibilities
- Conducting patient visits
- Discussing chief complaints
- Obtaining vital signs
- Completing health histories
- Documenting in the EMR system
- Performing diagnostic procedures such as IV starts
- Assisting with treatments
- Educating patients on medications and procedures
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop care plans and coordinate referrals
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- WA State RN license
- BCLS certification within 90 days, with ACLS & PALS preferred
- If licensed in a Nurse Licensure Compact state, proof of license and suicide prevention training are required
- Relocating to WA necessitates obtaining a WA RN license within 6 months
