About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse providing comprehensive, compassionate care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients
- Support diagnostic procedures
- Administer treatments
- Develop care plans in collaboration with providers
- Vital signs
- Health histories
- Phone triage
- Documentation in the EMR system (EPIC)
- Support quality and safety standards aligned with industry requirements
- Auxiliary patient education and referrals
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active OR RN license with dual Washington/Oregon licensure within 120 days
- Preferred outpatient or clinical RN experience
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
