About the role
Join our team as an on-call Registered Nurse at a community health center in Hermiston, OR, dedicated to making a difference beyond medical care. We offer a holistic approach with services including medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and more, across 40+ clinics in Washington and Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Earn $41.66-$51.03/hour DOE, with potential for higher pay for experienced candidates.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including vital signs, health history, and documentation in EMR.
- Congduct phone triage, assist with procedures, and educate patients on medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans and coordinate referrals.
Qualifications
- An RN license (or associate’s degree in Nursing).
- Dual licensure in WA & OR within 120 days.
- BCLS certification within 90 days.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and experience in women’s health are preferred.
