About the role
Provide comprehensive patient care in a community health setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient visits, discuss chief complaints, obtain vital signs
- Document health information in EMR
- Perform phone triage
- Auxiliary in diagnostic procedures including IV starts
- Educate patients on treatments and medications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and deliver patient education
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing or active RN license
- Dual licensure in Oregon and Washington within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days, with ACLS & PALS preferred

- Proficiency in nursing procedures
- Strong communication
- Multitasking
- Professional interaction
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
