Registered Nurse Quality Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and supervising ten remote Quality Reviewers
• Quality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activities
• Providing clinical leadership
• Consulting on complex cases
• Ensuring contract deliverables are met
• Data analysis and reporting
• Supporting the program’s Director with various leadership activities

Qualifications

• Licensed professionally in Maine as a Registered Nurse
• At least five years of nursing leadership experience
• Well versed in critical incident management, quality management, performance improvement, inter-rater reliability, Medicaid Home and Community Based Services, and person-centered care of older adults and people who are living with disabilities
• Residency within Maine required

About the Role

This is a key leadership role with new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a largescale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities.

Requirements

You must be licensed professionally in Maine as a Registered Nurse and have at least five years of nursing leadership experience.

Schedule

You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours. This is a remote position which will primarily allow you to work from your home and occasionally require you to travel throughout Maine.
