Registered Nurse Quality Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the QI Committee
• Conduct data analysis and report building
• Ensure mandatory reporting per state/federal regulations
• Cookordinate PI projects organization-wide
• Maintain and update the quality plan to meet regulatory requirements
• Provide updates to Board Members and stakeholders
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
• Maintain continued education relevant to the role and regulations
• Provide education to QI committee members, department leaders, healthcare providers, and new hires
• Assist with survey preparation and action planning
• Maintain records of PI activities, action plan results, meeting agendas, and minutes
• Assist in the development new policies and procedures
• Serves as an active member on the Compliance and Safety Committee
