Registered Nurse Quality Coordinator RN

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic RN Coordinator to join our team. Your primary function is assisting in the overall coordination of the Medical Staff/Hospital-wide Performance Improvement activities. Maintains records and Performance Improvement documentation to support credentialing. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard assisting with the coordination of Hospital-wide PI Teams. In this role you will:

• Work with all processes within the Quality Management team
• Assessment of clinical care and outcomes, processes and performance improvement activities
• Facilitate organizational-wide PI teams that support the Performance Improvement Plan and special projects
• Aids in staff education

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• Associate Degree Required, BSN Preferred
• 3 years of Quality experience in a hospital setting required
