Job Summary

As a Quality Coordinator at Heart Hospital of Austin, you will coordinate quality initiatives along with the Quality Director to include Core Measures, peer review, OPPE/FPPE, Quality Data, and special QI projects. You will assist with coordination, dissemination and implementation of action plans to achieve compliance and improve core measures and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Two years of acute care experience required
  • One or more years’ experience with performance improvement – preferred
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Bachelor's degree - preferred
  • Registered Nurse with current State licensure or licensure from a state within the Nursing Compact
  • If working under Compact License, must have current Texas licensure within 90 days of hire
