Registered Nurse (PT or FT)

Hillside Place, our beautiful memory care community located in Lincoln City, OR, has a current opening for a Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including nurse delegation per OSBN
• Complete resident health assessments
• Monitor resident overall health
• Communicate with physicians and outside providers
• Investigate injuries involving residents or staff
• Track and audit medication and treatment orders
• Participate as part of the service planning team
• Coordinate resident care
• Participate in care conferences
• Participate and direct quality assurance investigations
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings
• Communicate with state and assist in surveys
• Help foster a positive team attitude in the community
• Anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility
• Other items as requested by the Administrator and/or anything else that is needed to keep the facility operating smoothly

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing and a current state license
• Understanding of state and federal regulations
• Good computer skills
• Ability to lift, push or pull 35 pounds, up to 30 times per shift
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Commitment to safe practices, infection control, and residents' rights
• Strong communication skills and congenial personality

Pay

$50-$55 per hour, DOE and Licensure
