We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes: Position Summary (which is about the role). Also includes details about Emergency Room, Trauma Bay, etc. That's responsibilities? Could be "Responsibilities". Also includes qualifications: education/license, experience, etc. Also includes "ABOUT US" with benefits description. Also includes "Pay Transparency" note but no actual pay range. So we should not create Pay section because no specific pay. Schedule not mentioned. Skills maybe not explicit. We can include "About the role" (position summary). "Responsibilities" (the detailed duties: nursing care process, limited lab services, etc). "Qualifications" (education/license, experience, certifications). "Benefits" (from About Us). Possibly "Skills" not needed. We'll avoid empty sections.
We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal. The posting includes "AtlantiCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer" - remove.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So include details: Position Summary paragraph(s). Responsibilities: list of nursing care process steps (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation) and limited lab services, coordination, performance improvement, education, etc. Also include unit-specific requirements? Those are more like qualifications/experience for specific units; could be part of Qualifications or Responsibilities? They are experience requirements for specific units; could be under Qualifications (Experience). We'll include them under Qualifications > Experience.

We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we can list bullet points. For qualifications we can list bullet points for education/license, experience, certifications. For benefits we can list bullet points.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use
headings.

We should not include Pay Transparency line as it's not a specific pay range. Also remove "AtlantiCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer". Also remove "Join a team that values your well-being..." maybe that's part of About Us but we already captured benefits; we could keep a short paragraph about About Us but not required. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. That's four sections.
Check we didn't miss any substantive content: The position summary includes also "Employee may be required to perform Limited Laboratory Services..." we included that under responsibilities. Also "Licensed and registered care providers responsible for utilizing the care process relative to their scope of practice and knowledge base, may document the assessment, plan, intervention and Evaluation." included. Also "All patient care activities are administered according to standards, procedural guidelines and organizational policy." included. Also "The Registered Nurse actively supports performance improvement initiatives and provides leadership to other members of the patient care team." included. Also "By participating in educational activities, the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for continued professional and personal growth." included.
We also need to include the line about "Emergency Room: · City 2 years medical/ surgical and/ or emergency room experience preferred." etc. We captured that under unit-specific requirements.
We also need to include the line about "Current staff is required to obtain CPI by 6/30/24. New Hires or transfers; CPI required within 6 months of hire and continuously maintained after". Included.
We also need to include "Trauma Bay Trauma experience required; 2 years preferred. ACLS, PALS & ATCN at time of hire." Included.
We also need to include "3 Harmony Trauma/ICU 2 years medical/surgical experience preferred; Critical care experience preferred. ACLS Required at time of hire. ATCN required within 3 years from date of hire or transfer". Included.
We also need to include "Intensive Care Unit (ICU)/(CTICU) 2 years medical/surgical experience preferred; Critical care experience preferred. ACLS required within 6 months from date of hire or transfer. CCRN preferred". Included.
We also need to include "Cardiovascular ICU(CVU) 2 years critical care and Cardiovascular ICU Experience Preferred. ACLS required within 6 months from date of hire or transfer CCRN preferred." Included.
We also need to include "Heart and Vascular Unit (HVU) 2 Years Telemetry Experience Preferred. ACLS required within 6 months from date of hire or transfer". Included.

We also need to include "3 Pines/3 Central Medical/Surgical Experience Preferred. ACLS required within 6 months from date of hire or transfer". Included.
We also need to include "(1 south/ 1 Meadow) Medical/Surgical Experience Preferred. ACLS required within 1 year from date of hire or transfer." Included.
We also need to include "2South/2 Meadow, 5Harmony 7Harmony 4 Michigan Medical/Surgical Experience Preferred. 4Harmony Medical/Surgical Experience Preferred. ACLS required within 6 months from date of hire or transfer". Included.
We also need to include "Med S
