Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Responsibilities Provide evidence-based intermediate acuity care to patients.Monitor patient conditions closely and administer medications and IV infusions.Document patient information using advanced digital systems.Collaborate with physicians, data specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.Ensure compliance with healthcare standards in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license.Experience in acute or intermediate care settings preferred.Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
