Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Role: Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) providing direct patient care in a technically complex environment. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care, prioritizing patient wellness and safety.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.Precept and mentor new healthcare staff, supporting ongoing professional development.Contribute to evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.Support specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.Minimum of 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Current BLS and ACLS certification through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days of hire.Strong clinical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to patient-centered care. Key Duties: Provide safe, evidence-based care, support team collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient outcomes and safety in a technically demanding setting.
