Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
