Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit in a part-time night shift role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team by establishing personalized patient relationships and collaborating with physicians and staff.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and compassionate communication to navigate patient health journeys.
• Manage and provide care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, accepting responsibility and accountability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Active RN licensure in the relevant state.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing and at least one year of relevant experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Strong communication, leadership, and compassionate care skills.
