Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

About the role

Lead healthcare team by establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death. Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey. Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management according to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• One year relevant experience preferred
• For lapsed licenses over five years, completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required
