Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in the state or compact licensing, meeting all licensing requirements.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, or specialty certifications may be required based on department.Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling. Key Duties Provide comprehensive patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
